1. Service Overview

Quick Scan LiveScan provides electronic LiveScan fingerprinting services for background checks across Florida (AHCA, DBPR, DOE, DOH, FDLE, FBI, etc.). By booking an appointment on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Appointment Requirements & Photo ID

Customers must bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID card, or passport) to their appointment. Fingerprinting cannot be conducted without proper identification.

3. SMS Terms of Service

By checking the consent box during booking, you agree to receive SMS text notifications regarding your appointment.

Services: Transactional booking updates, payment links, and rescheduling notices.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messaging. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments made online or at the location cover processing and submission of LiveScan fingerprint records. Fees paid to state clearinghouses are non-refundable once fingerprint submissions have been submitted to the state agency.
